Really great work. The colours, shading and highlights are just perfect. And you havent steered away from that style that makes Team Fortress 2 so unique. Great work :)

Shit dude, this looks just like the official artwork!

Your working process for this the same as your illustrations? (Sketch -> Refine -> Colour -> Textures [etc]) I've tried to find a tutorial, or at least some hints and tips for creating paintings that look like this... To no avail... :(
